Meet Your Common Core Student Ambassador
Hey guys,
I’m Andreea. I’m a junior at Tech Valley--a project-based high school in the capital region. I hate pointless tests. Over the past few years I’ve heard a lot of kids complain about Common Core, and I’ve had to go through some of its unpopular changes myself. Well, the complaints have been duly noted! We want to change Common Core for the better, so that learning standards are still strong but don’t cause unnecessary anxiety.
But we can’t do it without knowing what you think. What, specifically, do you like or dislike about Common Core? How do you think it should be changed? Let me know, so I can work to make Common Core what you want it to be!
