Calling All Architects and Artists

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Ruth Bader Ginsburg dedicated much of her life to realizing the U.S. Constitution’s promise of equality under the law, especially for women. As she began her work as a lawyer in the 1970s, she helped devise and implement successful efforts to challenge discriminatory laws that restricted what women could do. In doing so, she opened up opportunities for all persons to achieve their full human potential. She continued to advance those goals during her historic 40 years of service as a federal judge, first on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and then on the U.S. Supreme Court.
