Board members will be participating via videoconferencing at the New York State Division of the Budget conference center at the Capitol Building, Room 131, Albany, New York, 12209 and the Agency’s Syracuse Regional Office at 620 Erie Boulevard, Suite 312. The public has the right to attend and observe the proceedings from either locations.
