The New York State Public Service Commission (Commission) is seeking public comment on a request by Time Warner Cable Inc. (Time Warner) to merge its telephone and cable system in New York into Charter Communications, Inc. Charter will acquire, and intends to retain, all of Time Warner’s existing assets in New York State. The informational sessions and public statement hearings in Case 15-M-0388will be held as follows:
