Governor Paterson plans to hold a series of town hall meetings across Upstate New York in the weeks following his first State of the State address. The town hall meetings began Sunday, January 11th in Watertown, and are open to the public. Scheduled town halls continue in Niagara Falls, Rochester and Geneseo.
