The New York State Second Department Judicial Screening Committee is seeking applications:

Interim Justice of the Supreme Court
9th Judicial District

*This vacancy’s term will expire on December 31, 2010*

Applicants must:

1. Reside in New York State.
2. Be admitted to practice law in New York State for at least ten years.
3. Be attorneys in good standing.

All applications are due at the close of business on October 30, 2009.
